In the 19th Century, timber windows were hand-crafted, so in order to replicate the features of this window style, Residence 9 combines the repeatability of modern machining processes with the eye of our best craftsmen. With this technique, we aim to redefine modern windows and doors.

Residence 9 windows are designed with 9 chambers so that we meet current and anticipated future standards. Typically, window frames will have 3 or 5 chambers, making our 9 virtually unrivalled. These multi-chambered window design specifications mean that our window frames have superior thermal, acoustic, strength and security performances; they accommodate both double and triple glazing and achieve a certified energy rating of A++ WER.
No Glass Bonding & 'Easy Clean' Rebates
Residence 9 is intelligently designed with an ‘easy clean’ rebate which is fully foiled to match the chosen internal colour of your window. This unique design makes it easy to wipe clean by avoiding sharp corners, which attract dirt. A classic design, for modern living.
Lock & Hinge Retention
The Residence 9 collection is made to CEN A wall thickness, which is the highest classification in Europe. Together with intelligent design details and screw retention reinforcements, locks and hinges are secured firmly in position. We use heavy duty hinges so that Residence 9 can accommodate the additional weight of triple glazed units.
Flush & Symmetrical Design
The R9 has a classic aesthetic from it's traditional, flush exterior and stylish decorative interior. It includes fully foiled rebates, with glass sightlines equally symmetrical. The R9 Residence Collection Windows recreate an optional feature of raised moulding, giving depth and character to the window.
